POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Administrator works as part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing supervision to adult residents with sever and persistent mental illness.

 

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $80,000 – $110,000

Work Location: Merced

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessment of the facility operations and
  • Support Staff by attending weekly staff training/house
  • Oversee and maintaining up to date employee records
  • Ensure the provisions of services to clients with special health and mental health care needs with appropriate regard for the client’s physical and mental health
  • Make sure that all clients receive therapy and case management
  • Regularly checking facility binders and the clients binders for accuracy and up to date
  • Ensure facility is up to date on certifications such as fire clearance, JJC,

QUALIFICATIONs

  • Must be 21 years of
  • Program Administrator Certification (ARF Specific)
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in an administrative support capacity
  • Experience working in the adult residential care industry
  • At least two (1) year of Mental Health experience
  • Knowledge of psychiatric illness and
  • Ability to work independently and be self-
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and
  • Ability to flex work hours as
  • Willing to work some weekends and overnight
  • Possess strong interpersonal leadership, analytic, and problem-solving
  • CCL approved FBI and DOJ criminal background
  • Valid driver’s
  • CPR/First Aid/BLS certification

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25
  • Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a
  • Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as
  • Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual
  • Ability to work in an office
