The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for gathering all client psychiatric history, mental health records, medical records, and any other pertinent documentation to be used in the development of the client’s assessment and treatment plan. This individual will provide group and one on one therapy services. This position will be responsible for crisis intervention and conflict resolution assistance.

Pay: $95,000-$105,000

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise registered Associate clinicians
Approve clinical assessments and treatment plans as needed
Attend and actively represent GLOM at all county meetings
Participate and represent clinical department in company regional meetings
Provide ongoing oversight and training to assigned clinicians
Weekly one on one administrative supervision
Clinical file auditing
Participate in in-house weekly billing meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree required.
Must be licensed with the California board of behavioral sciences (BBS) as an LMFT and/or LCSW.
Experience working in the adult residential care industry is preferred.
Medi-Cal billing experience preferred.
At least two (2) years of mental health experience preferred.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and treatment.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups.
Ability to flex work hours as needed.
Willing to work after hours in crisis.
Possess strong interpersonal leadership, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
CCL approved FBI and DOJ criminal background clearances.
Valid driver’s license.
CPR/First Aid/BLS certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day.
Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed.
Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in an office environment.
